Parabola GNU/Linux is a collaborative project and we welcome participation. This is especially true in building the wiki.
In order of preference, here is what you should do if you have an idea for a wiki page or think there should be changes:
1) sign up on the wiki and create a page. Add as much content as you can. Don't worry, editors will help "wikify" it and provide formatting etc.
Likewise, if you KNOW a page is wrong or could be better -- change it. If you THINK something should be changed, go to the "talk" tab for that page and add your thoughts.
2) create an issue report on the bug tracker if you can't/won't do the above
